How It Works
The laser energy targets congestion and helps reduce the bacteria and excess oil that drive breakouts, while gently warming and refreshing the skin’s surface. Over a course of treatments this helps calm active acne and supports a clearer, more even complexion. A carbon lotion may be used to enhance the decongesting, exfoliating effect.
What Happens in a Session
We cleanse the skin, and a carbon lotion may be applied to enhance the treatment, particularly for congestion. We then pass the laser across the area, you’ll feel a light, warm sensation as it works. The treatment is quick and comfortable, and suitable for treating larger areas like the back and shoulders as well as the face. Afterwards the skin feels fresher and looks clearer; we apply soothing products and SPF and reinforce the home-care routine that supports your in-clinic results.
Downtime & Aftercare
None to minimal, there may be mild flushing that settles quickly. Keep to a gentle skincare routine and use daily SPF while your skin settles.
