Collagen-boosting treatment for texture, scarring and fine lines.
If you're dealing with acne scarring, uneven texture or fine lines that won't shift with skincare alone, skin needling works deeper. Using the Dermapen 4™, we create thousands of tiny micro-channels in the skin's surface, prompting a natural healing response that rebuilds the skin from within. Over a course of treatments this softens scarring, refines pores, smooths fine lines and leaves the skin looking fresher, firmer and more even. It's a versatile treatment suited to a wide range of concerns and skin types, with minimal downtime, making it a strong choice for real improvement without anything more invasive.

How It Works
The Dermapen’s fine needles create controlled micro-injuries in the skin. The body responds by producing fresh collagen and elastin as it heals, and this renewed support is what softens indented scars, refines texture and smooths fine lines. The micro-channels also allow targeted serums to absorb more effectively during and after treatment.
What Happens in a Session
We start by cleansing the skin to prepare it for treatment. We then apply a glide serum to allow the pen to pass smoothly across the skin, and work the Dermapen over the area in sections, often applying a treatment serum as we go. Most people feel only mild pressure and a light prickling sensation. The treatment itself takes around 30 minutes. Afterwards we apply soothing, protective products and talk you through the simple aftercare that helps your skin recover well and gives the best result.
Downtime & Aftercare
Skin is usually pink and feels like mild sunburn for around 24 to 48 hours, sometimes with slight tightness or flaking. Avoid make-up for 24 hours, keep the skin hydrated and protected, and use SPF daily. Avoid direct sun, heat and active skincare for a few days.
Sessions & Frequency
A course of three to six sessions, spaced about four weeks apart, is typical for concerns like scarring and texture, with maintenance afterwards. Your plan is confirmed at consultation.
Suitability
Skin needling suits most skin types and tones, and can be performed during pregnancy and over mild to moderate acne following a consultation. It isn’t suitable over active infections or severe, inflamed breakouts, or for those on certain medications. A consultation confirms suitability and the right plan for your skin.
