How It Works
Each step targets a different layer and concern. The resurfacing step renews the skin’s surface and stimulates collagen while keeping the epidermis intact, and the radiofrequency step heats the deeper layers to firm and tighten. In TriBella™, an added IPL step (Stellar M22™ XPL) further refreshes tone and texture. Delivered together, they treat the skin comprehensively in one session.
What Happens in a Session
We cleanse the skin, then work through each step of your chosen treatment in turn. You’ll feel warmth throughout, with a prickling sensation during the resurfacing step and a comfortable, warming sensation during the tightening step. The combined appointment naturally takes a little longer than a single treatment. Afterwards the skin looks flushed and feels refreshed. We apply soothing, protective products and talk you through the aftercare, which is similar to our resurfacing treatments.
Downtime & Aftercare
Expect redness and a sandpaper-like texture for a few days, with light flaking possible as the skin renews. Protect and hydrate the skin, avoid make-up for 24 hours, and use SPF daily. Avoid sun, heat and active skincare for several days.

A short course is typical, with the number of sessions and the choice between BiBella™ and TriBella™ tailored to your concerns at consultation.
Suitability
Suitable for a range of skin types and tones, and a great option for active acne. Not suitable during pregnancy, over active infection, or with certain implants or medications. A consultation confirms suitability and the right combination.
